What you need
An Instagram Professional account (Business or Creator) linked to your Facebook Page — that's how Meta lets apps publish to Instagram — and a free Rebbel account. Rebbel's Free plan includes Instagram publishing. If your account is still personal, switching and linking it takes a few minutes.
Connect it once
Add Rebbel to Claude from the connector directory and sign in. Then connect your Facebook Page on Rebbel's Connections page — the Instagram account linked to that Page connects in the same step.
