Rebbel connects Instagram through its linked Facebook Page — there’s no separate Instagram login step. A personal Instagram profile can’t be linked at all; it needs to be a Professional (Business)account first. If you don’t have a Facebook Page yet, start with the Facebook Page guide instead — you’ll need one either way.
1. Create the Instagram account
Skip this if you already have one for this business — sign up in the Instagram app or at instagram.com.
2. Switch it to a Professional account
Profile → menu → Settings and privacy → Account type and tools → Switch to professional account → choose Business(not Creator) → pick a category.
3. Connect it to a Facebook Page
That same setup flow prompts you to connect a Page — pick your existing one, or create a new one on the spot. If you skipped it, do it later from Instagram → Settings and privacy → Account type and tools → Linked accounts.
4. Verify the link
At business.facebook.com → your Page → Settings → Accounts → Instagram accounts — it should show as connected.
5. Make sure you're an admin
You need the admin role on the Facebook Page (not just the Instagram account) for Rebbel to see the link when you connect.

Back in Rebbel, click Connect Meta— connecting the Page picks up its linked Instagram account automatically. Want to know exactly what that step asks for? See the connect-flow guide.
