Terms of Service

Last updated: August 10, 2026

By creating a Rebbel account or using Rebbel through a connected AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini CLI, Cursor, or any other MCP client), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use Rebbel.

What Rebbel is

Rebbel generates a brand guide, marketing strategy, and campaign content (copy, images, video) for your business, based on information you provide. Nothing Rebbel generates is published anywhere without your explicit approval — see “Approval before anything publishes” below.

Accounts

You must be 18 or older to use Rebbel. You’re responsible for your account credentials and for anything that happens under your account. One account per business is expected — don’t share credentials across unrelated businesses.

Plans and billing

  • Rebbel offers a Free plan (no card required) and paid plans (Growth, Department) billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
  • Paid plans are self-serve: manage, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your billing page or Stripe’s own customer portal. Canceling stops future billing — you keep access through the period you already paid for.
  • We don’t offer refunds except where required by law, or at our discretion for a genuine billing error.
  • If we change prices, existing subscribers keep their current price until they voluntarily change plans — we don’t apply price increases retroactively to an active subscription.
  • Free-plan generation is capped by a monthly budget; paid plans have higher brand/campaign limits. Hitting a limit pauses generation with a clear message — it never silently overcharges you.

Your content

You own the content you provide (business information, images, brand assets) and the content Rebbel generates for your brand. You grant Rebbel a license to store and process that content solely to provide the service — generating your brand guide, strategy, campaigns, and (once approved) publishing to channels you’ve connected. We don’t use your brand content to train models or for any other customer’s benefit.

You represent and warrant that you own, or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for, any image or other media you upload to Rebbel, and that Rebbel storing, processing, compositing, and (once you approve it) publishing that media on your behalf won’t infringe or violate any third party’s rights. You’re solely responsible for the content you upload.

Approval before anything publishes

Nothing Rebbel generates — a post, an image, a video, a scheduled publish — goes live on any channel without your explicit approval. This is a hard product guarantee, not a setting you can turn off.

Connected channels and your own accounts

If you connect a social channel (currently Meta/Facebook/Instagram), Rebbel publishes only content you’ve approved, only to the channel you connected, using your own account credentials via OAuth. You can disconnect a channel at any time.

Ad spend and other costs stay yours

If you run paid ads based on Rebbel’s strategy or content, that spend runs on your own ad accounts with your own payment method. Rebbel never charges, holds, or touches your ad spend, and never guarantees a specific marketing outcome — results vary by market, offer, and effort, and we only ever describe typical ranges, never promises.

AI-generated content

Rebbel uses third-party AI providers to generate text, images, and video. AI-generated content can be wrong, generic, or need editing — review everything before you approve it. You’re responsible for how you use approved content, including compliance with advertising laws and platform policies that apply to your business.

Prohibited uses

Don’t use Rebbel to generate content that’s illegal, infringing, deceptive, or that impersonates another business or person without authorization. Don’t attempt to circumvent generation limits, resell access to your account, or use the service to build a competing product by scraping or automating access outside the documented API/MCP interface.

Third-party services

Rebbel integrates with third-party services (Stripe for billing, Meta for publishing, various AI providers for generation, among others) — see the Privacy Policy for the current list. Those services’ own terms and policies apply to their part of the experience.

Intellectual property

The Rebbel software, brand, and underlying technology are Rebbel’s property. These Terms don’t grant you any rights to Rebbel’s IP beyond using the service as intended.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Rebbel is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebbel isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Rebbel in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using Rebbel and cancel your subscription anytime. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, with notice where practical.

Changes to these terms

We’ll post material changes to this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
