Social media with Claude: what it can do, and how

What Claude does for social media on its own, what a connector adds, and which page walks through each part: campaigns, carousels, posts and results.

Claude is already good at the writing and the planning. This page is the map of the rest: what Claude does on its own, what it does once Rebbel is connected, and where to read about each part.

What Claude does for your social media on its own

Claude on its own can write captions, plan a month of topics and rewrite a draft in a tone you describe. For a small brand that is real help, and for a lot of owners it is where the work starts.

What a chat does not keep is your brand. It forgets your voice, your offers and what you never say when the conversation ends, and a finished draft still has to be copied into each platform by hand. That is the gap a connector fills.

Add a connector and Claude does the rest of the job

Rebbel is in the Claude connector directory. Add it, sign in to a free Rebbel account, and Claude can work with a marketing department instead of a blank page: a brand guide built from your website, a strategy from your goals, campaigns with pictures, posts to your connected channels, and the results read back.

Everything is stored against your brand in Rebbel, not in the chat, so the next conversation starts from the same brand guide and the same campaigns. The install steps, and the fallback of adding it by hand, are on Rebbel's page for Claude.

Skills and connectors, in one paragraph each

A skill is a set of instructions and reference material you give Claude once, so you do not repeat your brand's voice and rules in every chat. Skills are good at making Claude write the way you want.

A connector gives Claude tools that act in another service. Rebbel works as a connector: it builds the brand guide, drafts the campaigns, publishes the posts you say yes to and reads back how they did. Your voice and rules already live in the brand guide, so you do not need a skill to hold them.

Carousels, single images and text posts

Ask for an image post or a carousel and Rebbel makes the pictures with the caption, in your brand's colors and look. Ask for a change to one thing, such as one slide's headline or the photo, and it changes that one thing and keeps the previous version. A text post is a plain request too.

The post on posting to Instagram from Claude covers what Instagram needs and what to say.

Your channels from the same chat

Rebbel publishes to Facebook, Instagram, X, Threads, Bluesky, LinkedIn — Personal, and Pinterest, through the accounts you connect once on rebbel.io. Facebook and Instagram are on every plan, and the rest are on Solo and above. TikTok posts are made in the Rebbel dashboard.

Each post is written for the channel it goes to, and nothing goes out until you say so. Rebbel's publish and schedule tools refuse any post you have not said yes to, whether you ask from Claude, the dashboard or your phone.

Your results and your dashboard

Ask "How did last week's posts do?" and Rebbel answers in plain English: what is live, what is scheduled and what is waiting on you. Results come back on every plan.

The chat is one window onto your marketing department. Open the Rebbel dashboard or the app on your phone and the same posts, campaigns and results are there, so you can pick up in whichever place suits the moment.

A first week of prompts

Day one: "Create a brand for [your website]." Rebbel reads the site and builds the brand guide. Day two: "Start a campaign about [this month's news]." It drafts the first batch of posts with pictures. Day three: "Make a carousel for our new menu" for Instagram, or "Draft three Facebook posts for our fall sale." Later in the week: "Make the second one shorter," then "Schedule the first three for 9am Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday." After the weekend: "How did last week's posts do?"

If you would rather pick than type, the connector also offers five ready-made starters: Start with my website, Draft my first posts, Launch a new campaign, Write more posts and Check my results. Each step has its own post, linked from this page.

Common questions

What can Claude do for my social media on its own?

Write captions, plan a month of topics and rewrite a draft in a tone you describe. It does not keep your brand between chats or publish anywhere by itself.

What does Rebbel add to Claude?

A brand guide built from your website, a strategy, campaigns with pictures, publishing to your connected channels and the results read back, all stored against your brand so every new chat starts from it.

What is the difference between a Claude skill and a connector?

A skill is instructions Claude follows, which shape how it writes. A connector gives Claude tools that act in another service. Rebbel works as a connector.

Does Claude remember my brand between chats?

Rebbel does. Your brand guide, campaigns, posts, connections and results are stored against your brand, and the dashboard and phone app show the same state.

Is it free?

Rebbel is free to start, with a monthly generation allowance and no credit card. The Claude connector is free to add on every plan, and Facebook and Instagram publishing is included on Free.

Can I use Rebbel in other assistants too?

Yes. The same connector also works in Gemini CLI, Gemini Spark, Cursor and Perplexity, with the same brand and the same rule that nothing goes out until you say so.
