What an MCP server is, in Cursor

Cursor can connect to MCP servers: services that give its agent tools to call. Rebbel is a remote one, so there's nothing to install on your machine and no API key to paste. You add its address, sign in to Rebbel once, and Cursor lists Rebbel's tools.

You can remove it from Cursor's MCP settings whenever you like.

What Rebbel adds to Cursor

Rebbel is a marketing department rather than a caption writer: a brand guide built from your website, a strategy from your goals, campaigns drafted in your brand's voice, and the social accounts you connect on rebbel.io.

The rule that matters most doesn't change with the assistant you ask from: nothing publishes and no money is spent until you approve it, and that's checked on Rebbel's server, not by a setting you might forget.

What we checked, and what we didn't

On September 29, 2026 we clicked the Add to Cursor link in the Cursor desktop app. Cursor opened its install window with Rebbel's address filled in; we installed, clicked Authenticate, signed in to Rebbel and approved, and Cursor showed Rebbel connected with its tools enabled. Then we asked Cursor's Agent chat to list our Rebbel brands, and it called Rebbel and listed them.

We haven't drafted, approved or published from Cursor yet, and we haven't checked which Cursor plans include MCP servers. The setup page carries the date we last went through the steps.

Set it up

1. Click Add to Cursor on Rebbel's Cursor page, then Install.
2. Click Authenticate, sign in to Rebbel and approve.
3. Ask Cursor's Agent chat to list your Rebbel brands.
