Rebbel for Instagram

Rebbel plans, writes and designs Instagram posts and carousels in your brand's look, publishes only the ones you approve, and shows how each did.

On Instagram the picture comes first and the caption second. Rebbel makes both, in your brand's look and voice, and publishes the posts you approve to your Instagram account.

Why feeds go quiet

Every Instagram post needs a picture that looks like your brand, a caption that sounds like you and a few hashtags that fit. That's a lot to produce every week, so feeds tend to go quiet between launches.

Rebbel works from a brand guide it builds from your website (your colors, voice, audience and the things you never say), so each post starts from your brand instead of a blank screen.

How it works

Rebbel drafts campaigns of Instagram posts from your strategy: single images and carousels of up to ten slides, each with its caption. On the Free plan the images are designed cards; Solo and above add AI-made scenes, and you can swap in your own photos from your image library on any plan.

Rebbel writes "link in bio", since Instagram captions don't carry links, and adds a few well-chosen hashtags (up to five). You can also post a Story with one photo or video, and a Reel from a clip you upload (Solo and above).

Every Instagram post needs a picture or a video, so Rebbel asks you for one before a post can go out instead of failing afterwards. Choose a time or publish right away. Either way, nothing reaches your account until you've approved it, and that check runs on Rebbel's servers.

Rebbel publishes to Instagram Business accounts linked to a Facebook Page, the way Instagram lets apps publish; the setup guide walks you through it.

Approve from wherever you are

Review and approve posts on the web, in the Rebbel app for iPhone and Android, or in Claude and Gemini CLI through Rebbel's MCP connector. In Claude you can ask for a carousel, change one slide, approve it and schedule it without leaving the chat.

After a post is live

Rebbel reads back what Instagram counts for each post (times seen, likes, comments and shares) and shows them on the post's page.

Who it's for

  • Brands whose customers follow them on Instagram.
  • Owners who want finished, on-brand posts, not just captions.
  • Available on every plan, Free included.

Set it up

  1. Make sure your Instagram is a Business account linked to your Facebook Page.
  2. Connect your Page from your brand's Connections page; its Instagram account connects with it.
  3. Approve the posts you want, then schedule them or publish now.
